Gwen Stefani & New York Fashion Week

Gwen Stefani’s L.A.M.B (which stands for Love, Angel, Music, Baby), collection kicked of New York Fashion week’s first day with an eclectic yet casual vibe.  There is more of a relaxed, wearable feel to the Spring/Summer 2010 L.A.M.B line, giving L.A.M.B fans an opportunity to be trendy yet comfortable.

The line consists of neutral colors such as blacks, whites and greys with stunning pops of color including bright blues, reds and sharp yellows.  Gwen has combined a very simple collection with the latest trends and a consistant focus on basic pieces every gal must  have in her closet.   

In Gwen’s collection, harem pants and animal prints are hot  when combined with  skinny jeans, off the shoulder shirts and sexy tanks.  Add a few opaque or printed tights with a boyfriend blazer or mini dress and you’ve got the look Gwen is supporting this Spring.   In a recent interview with People Magazine, Gwen advised she wants her clothes to be, “casual, easy, comfortable and wearable.”
