If your looking for a sexy make up look for the summer, stick with shimmeryneutrals to give you a nautral glow and to strengthen your tan. Add a bronzer to the face to give it a sunny glow. Finally, winter has come to an end and warmer days are ahead. Some of us tend to get a little shinier as the temperatures rise and the summer heat gets to us. When women start to glisten in the sun, the #1 mistake they make is they will add more powder throughout the day to disguise their glistening foreheads. With most powders, when we add more powder to our face, more color is added too, causing us to look like our face make up was applied with a spatula by the end of the day.

Mac Cosmetics has a great product called Blot Powder. Their blot powder is a pressed powder designed specifically to control shine without adding color. Looking for a classic look for your eyes for the Holidays? Try using a rich, black eyeliner and false lashes for your next Holiday party! Before applying your lashes, prep your lid with a neutral shadow from lid to brow. Next, apply Mac Cosmetics Fluidline eyeliner at the lash line and lightly coat natural lashes with mascara. Prep your false lashes by covering the top of the false lashes with the same Fluidline eyeliner to cover the lash band. Then apply glue to the opposite side of the lash band and let sit for 20 seconds, allowing glue to become slightly sticky before applying them to your eye lid. Once the glue has set, place your lashes at the base of your lid along your natural lash line to give your eyes the added drama to complete the look. The glue will take approximately 30 seconds to dry completely so don’t panic if it’s visible right away. Once dry, the glue will become transparent. Once you’ve finished with the eyes, apply your favorite Ruby lipstick and your Holiday look is complete!
